Chedaring Verdelho

The Chedaring Spring Verdelho is made without the influence of oak.

The fresh fruity style exhibits peach and tropical fruits. The finish is crisp and fresh.

The vineyards of Western Australia from the warmer Swan Valley to the cooler southern areas seem to suit this variety perfectly.

This has abundant tropical flavours with a nice pleasant acidity to sustain the finish. This one is sourced from Margaret River and nearby Geographe and will continue to evolve in the bottle.....Ray Jordan, noted expert on WA wine.

Chedaring Springs

Verdelho is one of Australia's niche white wine varieties. Its flavoursome palate and full-bodied nature makes it a good alternative to the market-dominant Chardonnay.

Although usually sold as a straight varietal, it also blends well with Chardonnay and Semillon.

Chedaring Springs vineyard is located in Margaret River close to Geographe Bay.
