Tall Boy Shiraz
Produced from selected estate grown 2004 Shiraz, this wine exhibits classic spicy Shiraz fruit with accents of ripe plum, red berries, mint and background oak.
Great drinking now and will improve with further cellaring over 3 to 5 years.
Spicy and slightly savoury notes on the nose with some enticing raspberry and plum fruit nuances.
The palate soft and supple with long persistent flavours striking a good balance between fruit and oak. Fine tannins support the intense palate.....Ray Jordan noted expert on WA wines.
